Attempted to lock door after 'door ajar' chimed on. Slammed door several times but the warning did not go away. Drove to work like this and the doors didn't lock after going 10mph. This occurs everyday. I don't know if my door will open if involved in an accident or what. Nothing has been corrected as of this writing.
