I recently got a safety recall for the front right air bag and when i tried to take my vehicle into get it fixed they said the parts will not be available for months i do not want to risk metal shrapnel being exploded if my vehicle is in any sort of collision where the airbag would deploy. Takata recall ford had me sign a do not drive order for my ford edge. I am told no parts are available to get it fixed until june 2020. So they gave me a rental to drive. Rather than they pay for the rental, how about giving me the money so i can buy a different one!
