Automatic door locking once the vehicle reaches a certain low speed has failed to work on a number of occasions. Unless i am being attentive enough to notice they have not locked i'm sure there has been a number of times the doors have been unlocked for an entire trip. I assume this would be a safety issue in the event of a crash if the doors were not locked.
