Takata recall - i received a letter from ford motor city company explaining that my car should not be driven with a passenger in the front seat until spring of 2018 when a safety recall can be completed. This renders the car basically useless for the application which it was purchased.

Had a recall and they have yet to repair defective part after a year and a half. This is absolutely unacceptable. If they can build new cars with these airbags then the fact they cannot fix this is apparently on purpose. I feel a class action suit is the only remedy available to consumers.
