2011 ford edge. The rear drivers side door sets off the open door sensor even when the door is fully closed. The interior lights will stay on and will only shut off if you close the door about 20 times every time you get into the car.

Takata recall the door ajar message displays on my 2011 ford edge vehicle constantly and the door is shut. The lights stay illuminated because of the door ajar sensor not working properly. Also i can not lock my doors when i am inside the vehicle when the engine is on which is unsafe in my opinion.
