Service Brakes
Slowing down in city to make a right turn at low speed and pedal went to the floor. I was able to swerve to avoid hitting curb. Had to pump brakes and push almost to floor to stop the vehicle. There is fluid in the master brake cylinder and no leaks. Brake booster is functional and brakes have plenty of pad. Extremely dangerous situation. I will be contacting ford dealer in two days to discuss situation.

Have had car into shop 3 different times for spongy and hard to stop brakes. Replace brake booster twice, bleed lines, "fixed" caliper. In reading others it appears there is an issue with the hydraulic control unit or some other identified problem. Ford needs to figure this out and issue a recall. This is a serious problem that doesn't need to be ignored and there are numerous examples of reported problems.
