I called the ford dealer to diagnose a brake issue and a week later they got me in and then casually told me they replaced my brake booster at no charge because it was part of a recall. Brakes made a hissing sound when pressed and brake pedal went to the floor when pressed. When backing up there were hardly any brakes available to stop. Took it into a mechanic and they had to replace the power brake booster. This is not simply replacing the brake pads but this is a mechanical issue on a vehicle that is only 4 years old. Huge safety issue.
