Exhaust in cabin way beyond permissible limits from day 1. I suspected the firewall was allowing exhaust into interior, but then i started suspecting the rear was allowing exhaust in due to an air eddy recirculating behind the vehicle allowing exhaust into the cabin via lower rear door seal not sealing tight enough via the automated door closure not sufficiently forming a seal.
