Sunroof glass cracked for no apparent reason. One day it was fine, next day it was cracked. I took to ford dealer and they told me $1,000 to repair and that they use 3rd party to repair. My car is still under warranty, but they said it is not covered. I did research and many others having the exact same issue.

The rear window of my edge exploded with no one in the vehicle'. My wife remote started the car, then later she went out to get the newspaper and go shopping when she noticed glass on the ground behind the car. Thinking it was vandalized we called the police. Upon the patrolman's examination he noted that it looks like it was broken from the inside! I agreed. The vehicle was parked in my driveway and was locked.
